How it started...

Our collaboration with Lamart began when Lamart decided to address issues with manual processes that were causing unnecessary errors and slowing down the process when transferring data between products and orders in computer systems. These processes not only slowed down the work of sales representatives, but also increased the risk of errors that could lead to customer dissatisfaction.


Our solution was based on the main problem, which is the transfer of information about the products ordered from retailers. The solution involved implementing advanced inventory management software, which made it easy to scan products and automatically record the information into a system that was integrated into another internal company system.

As a result, it was possible to significantly reduce the time required to process orders and minimise the risk of errors caused by manual data transcription.

The next step was to re-educate their staff on the new system so that they could use the new tools and processes effectively. We provided detailed training, manuals and support that ensured a smooth transition from the old manual processes to the new, fully digitised system.


The collaboration between Lamart and APEX solutions resulted in significant improvements in efficiency and accuracy in the ordering and inventory management process. Lamart can now respond faster to customer demand and reduce the time spent processing orders, resulting in better overall customer satisfaction.
